I have stayed here several times over the years and have always had a great experience. The staff is sweet and the prices are good. The bar is cozy and a fun place to hang out. And if you have a problem or request, just ask and they'll always go out of their way to fix it for you.

Terrible dirty rooms over price dark musty room beds dirty fridge dirty they had a problem with the breakfast on sunday morning staff slept in the towels in bathroom where damp ans never dried out way over price room

Would give this standard Howard Johnson a 3 rating; if they eliminated the terrible musty smell in the rooms, and cut their rates by 50%. Only stayed here because other hotels were booked. Lodging in area is way overpriced, especially this poor motel.

It was a very nice spot.The owner is nice as well as the staff.They are in the works of giving it a face lift. The beds are new so they are very comfortable.The rooms are small so really not great for hanging out.But they are clean.

Stayed because it was the last place available for a large group during the busy highland games. There is a permanent musty smell to the whole place, especially the rooms. Stayed there with the family for one day... the owner is very approachable. The rooms are clean, and it looks like they were being updated. Free breakfast was included - very decent. Hotel is convenient. Very quiet, yet close to shopping/supermarket.
