My wife and I booked one night through a Wagjag discount, saving around 30% off regular room rate. We checked into a single queen room and found the room fine. Pretty much expected for a 3+ star place. We planned on having a short nap as we were going out for dinner later on, it was then my wife asked... More

Stay clear of this hotel. Yes, it does have a nice view and the breakfast included in our deal was good. Our room was clean. We were put in the basement although the hotel did not seem busy. Very dark (and obviously old) in the hallways and of course, darker in the basement. Two weeks later we reviewed our Visa... More

This restaurant has had one of the most beautiful views in the area but it has never lived up to its potential. For the love of Lincoln, get someone in who knows how to run a good, competent operation. There is no excuse for the poor food served. It needs a facelift(whoever was responsible for the hideous wallpaper on the... More

The location is beautiful, right on a marina on Lake Ontario. The dining room is very good. The bed was comfortable. But there were only about 8 (fuzzy) channels on the TV, it took nearly five minutes to get hot water, the toilet didn't work well, and I had to stand up to use the public computer in the lobby... Overall, I did enjoy my one-night stay (couldn't complain, nothing was wrong with the room). However, my big peeve is the lack of customer service at this location. After checkout I discovered on my credit card bill that I was charged for smoking in the room ($339). As I am not a smoker I tried to get a hold of... More

This hotel is a Best Western, a trusted name in hotels for sure, this hotel is indeed directly on the lake, if you request a room with a view you are most definitely going to get it here, it's quiet, beautiful views, great food in the sports bar and the restaurant, great room service. The room was "ok", needs some... More

Went on a teambuy coupon, great value for money, hotel was a little dated but added to old world feel, nice indoor pool, big, clean room, with 2 televisions, balcony, view of the lake, service and food in the restaurant was very good, Jordan is a cute little town with art shops and a lovely bistro (that could match any... This hotel needs a major upgrade. The room overlooks Lake Ontario and we saw a gorgeous sunrise there, but that did not make up for the condition of the room. Bathroom was newly updated, but that didn't do much good, since there was no hot water or heat in the room. There were about 4 channels on the TV. The... More

I have stayed there for over 30 years and have seen a few changes. All rooms overlook Lake Ontario and on a clear day or night you can see the Toronto skyline. We usually book a suite and were not disappointed. The indoor pool is nice however the sauna's were not working as they were waiting for parts. The hot tub was also unavailable... I stay at this hotel at least 3 times a year when we tour the wine region. We stay here because they allow dogs. This hotel has changed over the years. The owneres have very slowly redecorated the rooms and common areas, but it has taken so long, it is time to start over. TV reception is horrid. Though you... More
