This hostel has typical amenities, including shared kitchen, bathroom and common area. It's not the cleanest but the price matches the expectation. Stayed one night, no complaints and this is the cheapest place you will find to sleep in Revelstoke.

I stayed for a week and it was sooo much fun. The staff were super friendly and everyone there was having a great time. It was cool that you could do your own thing or go upstairs and socialize and play some pool. Plus one on the aquatic centre!

Let me start off by saying that I don't typically like the idea of a hostel. I was convinced however to check this place out as it is usually a great place to meet other travelers and have a generally all around good time. I was expecting a similar experience to the Backpacker's lodge in Jasper, which is exactly the... More

The bed I stayed in made a lot of noise, even when I moved just slightly which was annoying. The bathroom was clean. There were only a couple more people at the hostel so it was very quiet. There are also free tickets available for the local swimming pool. In the kitchen, there isn't much equipment for cooking, not even... More

I stayed at this hostel in a private room for over two weeks this winter and sincerely regret not booking into poppi's instead. I don't even know where to start! -Kitchen is small, filthy and I hope you find one pot and 17 spatulas useful, because that's all there is in the drawers (besides unidentifiable debris, dirt etc). The tepid... More

Not a bad hostel but when there are no locks on the bedroom and bathroom doors you have to hope/trust no one to go in your room.

Private rooms we stayed in are in a basement. Mens dorm rooms surround the room. TV blares until 10pm. Walls paper thin. Then there's the odour, first amonia smell of some hospital grade cleaning products, then the foul smell of a dirty cramped space. Bed is old and thin sheets. Its winter, the room is freezing and there's a thin... More

My girlfriend and I decided to stay here while we went skiing in Revelstoke. Upon entering the door there was a distinct odor that was just off. It smelt a tad moldy and seemed to be poorly kept. The person working at the front desk did not really seem to have the best customer relation skills. When we were given... More

There does not seem an easy way of complaining so thought would try this way to see if I get any where. I my wife and 6 year old recently stayed at this samesun in revelstoke (8th Feb to 10th feb 2012) at a cost that you would expect some type of service. he money i spend is well earned... More

It is a run down building and smells strange, my bed was bearly standing up, I got in at 3 am trying to be quiet for the others in the room, I had to jump on the top bunk as there was no ladder and when I did it felt as if the top bunk was going to collapse on... More
