These folks love their home and treating tourists. Their breakfast with fresh blueberry scones and pressed coffee as the highlights was outstanding. they even made oatmeal for my husband, since he is not a granola fan. Very little to attract anyone to Port Alberni. We had an overnight stop to catch the Francis Barkley (a working boat) which goes to Bamfield on a day's 'cruise' to the outer islands taking supplies to remote communities. Had the opportunity to stay at the Cedar Wood Lodge B&B this past weekend. What a beautiful house and location. The rooms are very nice with each having a fireplace and Jacuzzi bath. Really enjoyed the breakfast as the hosts really know how to entertain. Would certainly stay at this house again when next we are in Port Alberni.
