7 of us were stuck in the new elevator for 35 min, was very unpleasant , only gave us 20% off room, was not impressed...the rooms were very nice and clean... also management was very rude to some of us about cleaning conference room after wedding, which we were going to clean

Probably the best place in drum heller for the buck. Exterior is set up like a motel. You can park in front of your room. Great for work related trips. The rooms are well updated with a fridge mic. The hotel was very clean, I was very impressed by the spotless white bathroom! They gave ample towels, glasses and coffeemaker, fridge, microwave, and even laundry bags and great pillows.
