I came here with a group of friends. The hotel is beautiful but, kind of simple. It seems to be in need of some repair. The staff is very friendly. It is either out of season or just slow but, it felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. I would not pay full price to stay here.

We stayed here for our engagement. The staff was more than happy to help with all the preparations. They organized a small canoe with full of flowers so we could have a canoe trip on Lake Batur. I have been this place for one day,it was very nice and got natural hot spring for heal. But unfortunately the waiter and waitres have very bad service. thanks for the driver, and heat memorial for the waiter and waitres at the hot spring.
