We stayed here for one night on vacation. The rooms are very small consideriing the price, With a king bed in the room it was barely possible to move around. Traveling to Fredericton from Ontario for school, stopped in around 10pm needing a place to stay. For one night the room was perfect, small, but very clean and quiet. The exterior looked quite nice and I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were helpful in directing my family to a 24 hour restaurant in the area as well.

This is a fairly new property and was in good shape when we visited. Our room was nicely furnished, had a king bed, only odd thing was the TV was an old style cathode tube and not a new flat panel.
