First trip with my companion. Used to stay every summer and play golf very nearby. Both felt comfortable, nice view(on golf course), nice sleep and a lot of space. My Lady and I will repeat the experience for sure and recommand the Chateau to all my friends.

“Excellent for Ottawa visit/stay”

The hotel is very close to downtown - I would say it is one of the best choices in terms of value for Ottawa for those who drove/rented a car. “Very confortable room”

10 minutes away from the Casino, very close to Ottawa.I didnt go to the Spa. Breakfast was so so...and dinner was good. There is no room service. The staff was very helpful and always with a smile. I definitely recommend the Chateau Cartier!:)

“Management ruins this facility - worried about cost not service”

“Bistronome”

I have had breakfast and dinner in Bistonome in the Chateau Cartier and they were delightful. It is a good spot and very much needed as the hotel itself is not close to other venues. The hotel has been working hard at improving each time that I have stayed there.
