My best friend invited me to celebrate her mother's birthday at the Casino and we decided to book the Comfort Inn in Gatineau. They could not find our reservations and decided to book us in the Suite which was incredible!! two stories..fully loaded and at no extra price...fabulous birthday present!

I tried calling the hotel to block of rooms for our wedding guests. The woman I spoke to was rude, not helpful, and seemed to have more important things to do than talk to me on the phone.
