when we stayed here last june, the cleaning staff were on strike. staying in the "shining" rooms, as i liked to call them (waiting for the kid on the tricycle to come wheeling around the corner, redrum, etc.) we knew the rooms were going to be a disappointment. since we stayed here previously (big mistake, but affordable for a family),... Stayed here last fall, lots of golf closeby, staff are great, all speak english. Great pools and amenities, avoid a room near the elevators, some floors have been redone and have a great fresh look. The gondola to the top of the mountain is pricey but worth it-great view. Nice side trip if doing Quebec City. Food was good, decent... More

We came to Chateau Mont-Sainte Anne on mid April to ski, the hotel was overall very nice and had a very good atmosphere to it, the hotel room, in the renovated area called space Nordik itself was incredible, very spacious, with two queen beds, a small kitchen with a table for four, it had a nesspreso machine, a toaster, and... I had a clean, basic room on the second floor. The decor was tired, and the room could have done with a renovation. The hotel restaurant was worth the visit, and I heard good things about the spa. Oh, and the bed was super hard. More

Right at the gondola. Spa was very good- Massage and Reflexology were reasonable for a hotel and were both very good. Nice lobby, good outdoor hot tub but the indoor pool, common areas and rooms are in need of an upgrade. Can't beat the location, meals in LeBistro were good and we received a good springtime rate. If it was more,... More

We stayed two nights at the Château Mont Sainte-Anne. It is a good location for ski-in ski-out with a few steps to the Gondola. Our rooms were located in the newly renovated section called Espace Nordik with a view on the Ski Hills. They are nicely decorated with a kitchenette and large enough for a family of 4. The beds... First time at Chateau Mont Sainte-Anne. Stayed for the weekend of Feb. 24-26, 2012. Reception: Not that impressed. The desk area was not kept neat or orderly. They did not explain much to us. If you don't ask questions, they will not "volunteer" any information. On the 2nd day when we went to the reception desk to pick up our... More

Just stayed in a Nordik Suites for a weekend of skiing. Terrific room - new, modern, clean with all the amenities. Perhaps other rooms in the hotel are a little old, but the the new Nordik are great. Even the food in the two restaurants (Bistro and Zebo) were getter than I expected. More

I got a deal to come to the hotel and would not visit again unless I was offered an even cheaper price to stay. I paid around $110 per night for a two queen room with kitchenette. I have stayed many other places that have been cheaper but nicer. On arrival the reception staff were friendly and helped us with... More

We stayed at Chateau Mont Sainte Anne for a long weekend. The hotel was very nicely kept and everyone there was very friendly. Even though we did not speak French everyone who worked there made an attempt to communicate with us as best as they could. Check-in was a breeze and our room was ready early. We brought our Dog...
