Our room was poor. Moldy and dusty. Window ledges were rotting. Curtains smelt dirty and dusty. Carpets were worn and dusty. TV from bygone era. Who manages such a place? Staff were pleasant on our departure. Not recommended. More

We stayed at Parklane for 3 nights and would reccomend it to all. 1. David is the host with the most. 2. The spa bath and jetted shower in our room. 3. The walk along Takapuna beach to the town centre. Will definitely be back, without doubt. More

Finding a place within walking distance of the beach with 4 kids can be tough on travels but this place worked great. Very accommodating staff as we arrived early and they gave us a good deal on the continental breakfast for everyone. Easy access from the airport as well with shops in walking distance. More
