We stayed here for a hockey tournament and found the rooms updated, clean and the motel quiet. A flat screen tv is on the wall. The king bed was comfortable and the updated washroom was excellent. As already mentioned, there is a lot of water pressure in the shower which I really liked. There was plenty of room for clothing... More

We stayed here for one night in Dec 2011. It was clean, newly renovated, the person at the front desk was pleasant and friendly. We got a room with a new king bed, and a wall mounted tv above the bed. The shower pressure was a little too strong, but nice and high (my husband is very tall) There were... More

We stayed here in August. The rooms were adequate but somewhat worn. There was a microwave and fridge which were a nice bonus. It was full every night we stayed there. No problems and it was quiet. I was surprised in the morning when I saw the motorbikes in the parking lot. They were very quiet coming in as we... More

Our stay was just for a quick overnight while travelling through the area with my husband. We had a queen size bed, small table and chairs, bar fridge and a flat screen TV. It was very clean and quiet and the people at the desk were very nice. We would definitely stay here again, as it was a budget stay... More

We paid $90 for a double. Right on the highway so it can be loud. Very clean rooms, awesome service, very personable staff. Recently renovated and painted. More

We stay here for a little spring getaway and went backcountry snowshoeing in Stagleap Park in the pass. The offseason rate was $69 and you got a nice place for that! Not huge, but clean, comfy, nice area, quiet, and super friendly hosts! Their summer rate for the same room was $89 or $95 or something like that. Anyway we... More

My great friend and I were on a 3/4 day bike trip and he had pre booked the inns and motels prior to leaving. When he booked with the Skimmerhorn, originally he booked a single room with two beds. Not shortly after, got a phone call back from Ethel at the Inn, fearing she had overbooked, my buddy was a... More

When I called to make the reservation, I thought the nightly charge was high and told them so. I was told they were now charging summer rates. So I booked the room. Arrived and found that the pool had no water in it and the ice machine was broken. Had to go to town for ice. Disappointing stay. Would not... More
