The room was clean when we booked in, however we stayed for 3 nights and our bed linen was not changed at all. When we returned to our room for the 3rd night, our used towels had been left in the tub, so it was obvious that the tub had not been cleaned.

great little place with friendly owner the room had everything you need for an overnight with fridge and free wifi and close to the centre. We ate at Duncans pub and that was good, dont be put off by the exterior
A clean, spacious, pet friendly room with fridge and microwave and comfy beds. Outside does leave a little to be desired, but I wasn't staying outside! Good downtown location, but surprisingly quiet. Good value for money.
