This place was dirty, musty smelling! The curtains were falling down. When we were packing we noticed there were actually empty beer cans under the bed from god knows when! Do not book here ever! The pillows were flat and the bed uncomfortable!

Hotel could use some refurbishing, it's very 80's looking. Location is neither good nor bad, everything is quite close in Gibsons anyway. Will stay there next time we visit Gibsons. They made us feel at home. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool.
