“Quiet, clean and comfortable”

The place was exceptionally quiet, and clean. Staff were generally nice and helpful. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which had a separate bedroom from the living room and a kitchen. The price was fantastic. The located was central - close to transit, local shops, and parks. I would definitely stay here again. More

We stayed here for the Olympics, but only because nothing else was available by the time we booked. We arrived to find the sheets in our room weren't washed: lots of hair in the bed and on the pillows. Luckily we were allowed to switch rooms. The rooms all smell of cigarettes. “old motel with kitchen but no microwave, burn holes in blankets.”

The room is like a one bedroom apartment, so the kitchen are handy but have no microwave (what's up with that!). Finding we needed a 3rd night in the Surrey area after booking 2 nights at a Travelodge and they didn't have a 3rd night for us, we booked about a week in advance at the Grouse Creek Motel.
