“Pleasant one night stay”

Spotlessly clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant food very good and excellent value for money. Room small however for our overnight stay it was more than adequate. Car parking worth £5 per night as extremely secure behind gated access and very large spaces. Would use again if visiting the area.

Checkin excellent, great location for where we had to stay Public areas all spotlessly clean and well decorated Bedroom was an executive, but small but had everything you required, All staff were very friendly Great free wi-Fi Breakfast was good and even complimentary Buck's Fizz Will certainly stay again if in the area

“A wonderful birthday meal”

We have just visited the Coliseum restaraunt for a family meal and were very impressed! The staff were friendly, food was plentiful and very tasty I would recommend the black pudding crispy bacon and poached egg salad to start and the mixed grill for main and the chocolate mousse was delicious :) x

“Excellent customer service”

The food in the restaurant was delightfully delicious - sea bass was excellent. I happened to get a really bad cold the next day and the reception staff were really helpful, supportive and understanding. Thank you again for a pleasant stay.

This was our forth stay, we checked in and they upgraded us to a lovely large room, the bathroom was fantastic. Great friendly staff. Good location, easy reach of motorway. The hotel is alway spotlessly clean.
