Our family stayed in the Hayloft at the Farm last month. We had a wonderful time.Beryl and Peter were so kind and helpful .They could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. The accomodation is in a converted farm building which has been very well done. You are part of the Rarebreeds Farm and can see all the fascinating animals... More

We booked last minute on a whim with Riddings Park Farm, for my husband and two children. We're so glad we went here. The yurt was incredibly comfortable with everything you needed. We particularly liked the solar powered fairy lights that meant you were never in the dark when the sun set (you can turn them off if you like... More

We are fortunate to have been to Ridding - great for kids!!. Peter & Beryll treat all visitor like members of the family. The kids loved looking at and learning about the rare breeds from the owners who are generous with their time and knowledge. Sitting at the table in the kitchen overlooking the rolling hills with some of Beryll's... More

My boyfriend and I wanted to do something a little different for our anniversary and decided a weekend in a yurt would do the trick. I found Riddings Park Farm on the internet and they had a yurt available at the fantastic rate of 60 pounds per night....a bargain! We arrived on the Friday and as soon as we rocked... More

I couldn't agree more with the other reviews. A group of 8 mixed adults stayed in the Yurts over the weekend and had such a great time. What struck me first was the fantastic staff, we had most contact with Beryl who was so happy to help and give us a tour of the farm and facilities. They were also... More

We stayed in a Yurt and in the piggery, it was brilliant! The breakfasts were amazing, their own eggs, sausages and bacon! Mrs B's tea room serving homemade cakes were to die for also! The rooms were really clean and the bedding smelt lovely freshly washed! Location was perfect, secluded enough, but close to everywhere where you would wish to... More

This was my second time yurting and by comparison the yurts at Riddings Park Farm are extremely luxurious. Myself and 9 friends hired the four yurts for 2 nights. The family were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival. The yurts themselves were very well equipped, warm and comfortable. So much so that we didn't... More

It was our first time glamping and on this farm. It was brilliant! The owners were lovely, very welcoming. The yurts were very cosy and had everything you needed, so a home from home to go back to after a day out. The farm was great for the kids they could go off on their own and rome about which... More

We go camping every year and try to find somewhere that has half-decent facilities and is near some places of interest. I stumbled upon Riddings Park Farm and decided it looked like it had what we needed (decent facilities, very close to Carsington Water and Ashbourne). We decided to try "glamping" this year instead of camping - something we had... More
