The hotel overall was excellent and the most outstanding feature was the two breakfasts we had in terms of presentation, variety and taste. The young lady who was the chef continually checked the buffet and we took the opportunity to congratulate her on a fine effort. We have just completed nine weeks of touring Europe and the UK staying in... More

I use this chain a lot and have accumulated over a million points on their frequent user scheme. I used some points for an overnight stay with my wife and we were upgraded to a business class room on 15th floor. Floor to ceiling windows displayed a fantastic view over the old docks and marina. This hotel is very contemporary... More

I really like this chain. Nothing is too much trouble for their staff and the hotels are first class. I turned up for an afternoon meeting before 12 noon. I asked about stowing my luggage as I had a reservation for the night. The receptionist immediately offered to check me in and gave me my room. Excellent!! Not many hotels... More

Great location, very bright room. Comfortable bed. My room had an interesting view of the skyline but not the harbour. Staff were helpful. Didn't have breakfast as it was so sunny I wanted to sit outside, so I went to a van selling crepes on the harbour front 30 seconds walk away. The bar area and restaurant seemed very dark... More

We arrived and the car was parked by the chauffeur staff. excellent but expensive service! A cheaper option for overnight parking is to park at Temple Meads train Station. The bedrooms were light and large. Upper floors have the best city views.Great harbour side location near to Corn Street . Lovely quiet bar downstairs to talk writ friends , especially... More

Stayed for three nights. Clean modern and efficient hotel which is well situated. The most impressive thing was the attentiveness, friendliness and general warmth from all the staff, without exception, making me feel so welcomed. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were great too. Fully recommend and would certainly return.

We stayed here on a weekend package to attend a wedding. The location is very handy for the Registry Office, shops, river, sights and restaurants. The staff could not be more helpful. I was especially pleased when I realised, on returning home that I'd left my IPad in the restaurant. Javier told me the restaurant manager had found it and... More

a great base for staying in Bristol. nice and clean with quite high quality rooms. the only food we had was room service. quite an extensive menu with plenty to choose from. the vegetarian room service breakfast was however a bit of a let down.

This hotel has comfortable rooms, spacious, clean and with good facilities. It is close to waterfront shopping and restaurants, the Bristol cathedral and the old town. The staff were very friendly. Great value for money.

Having visited this hotel last November we had no hesitation in booking it for a return visit to Bristol. What a disappointment. We had encountered problems in Reception on our last visit but nothing compared to this one. Having arrived at 5 p.m in order to prepare for an evening with family in another part of Bristol at 7.30, we... More
