Very nice hotel, all mod cons. The breakfast was buffet style with lots of lovely food - only slight critcism was that the toaster was very slow and to be honest rubbish, but hey I can cope without toast for a day.We had a room which overlooked the river and there was lots going on - lovely. the other great... I stayed here for an awards event in June. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great, very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom too. The location is fantastic, right on the river with lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. I would recommend for business or family and friends.

We stayed at this hotel as it was my sisters 40th birthday across the harbour at Za Za Bazaar's which is also a great place! The hotel has a lovely feel to it. We stayed on the top floor in their deluxe room which is worth the extra couple of quid, it's a big enough room for a 1/2 night... More

When we were planning, it seemed that Bristol was all about its harbour, so we decided to stay right in the city centre. This worked out well for us. Our TomTom had trouble getting us to the hotel, but once we had parked our car in the adjacent parking station we didn't need to drive anywhere anyhow. We had requested... More

We spent a week at this hotel in may 2013 and thought it was first class. If possible book a bedroom with a balcony at the front of the hotel overlooking the lake and the Wonderful view. We found the staff to be friendly, very helpful and attentive particularly the dining room staff. The dinners and breakfasts were excellent. Having read... More

Stayed for a night on business. Exterior looks a bit Gerry Anderson, which is alarming, but the rooms are very new. Excellent service, decent breakfast, and no complaints save the bar is very small, with only the seating/staff to accommodate small groups.

My husband and I stayed here for a short business trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the convenience of parking in the car park next door was great. The room and general decor were lovely and modern and the bed was the most comfortable hoteI bed I have slept in which was just as well since I... More

I stayed here for the weekend with my partner. First good thing is that you can park free at the NCP adjoining the hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff on reception. We had a room on the top floor with a view over the harbour. Nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable with hairdryer and very smart coffee machine. The bar at... More

This hotel is in a prime location, harbourside in Bristol - in fact they may well have the best spot in town. We stayed for a couple of nights at the end of May on a room only basis, the website we booked through had breakfast at ÂŁ12.50 although when we checked in we were told it could be added... More
