The apartment was very clean and spacious. Received very well by Ashley. However there was no view and the position on the ground floor next to a public footpath meant we could not leave a window open and the rooms became stuffy. Aircon would have solved the problem. We would have appreciated more coat hangers.

Lovely apartment. Well placed for city centre with many things within walking distance. Service was very good, being met on arrival, help to unload the car and everything explained about the apartment. Great views over the harbour with a small balcony which is a sun trap. This is the second time we have stayed here.

Disappointed we didn't have a view of the water but that was my fault for not reading the spec. properly. Otherwise very well-equipped, clean and comfortable, especially the bed! This apartment definitely exceeded expectations. It was large, clean and well equipped and was much better value for 4 than staying in a hotel. The lounge has a great view over the Harbour. The only downside is that there's not a supermarket very close by - although this wouldn't be a problem if you had a car or didn't mind... More

Clean, freshly decorated, close to attractions. Rep who met us was extremely accommodating and gave us a great initial introduction to the city. Would book again next time. Much better option to take than Ibis or Travel Lodge which seem completely soulless in comparison.

Fantastic 3 day stay in flat 6 (2 bed superior) Harbourside, with our two young children. The apartment is spacious and clean with an amazing view of the river. Comfortable, reasonably well located apartment close to Bristol's harbourside. Staff are very helpful and the apartment is clean and comfortable but not particularly big and without any sort of view. Not up to the same standard as the Cleyro Finzel's Reach apartments.
