Rooms r not great breakfast is served cold far away from city I think other budget hotels r better than this one . Manager Helen gave us wrong rooms we booked double got some room wid smallest 040 room n small bed horrible experience , sorry holiday inn we won't b visiting u again

Great Hotel not far from Bristol city centre. which was an excellent shopping centre. Loads of shops and vibrant. Nice pub opposite the hotel with lots of choice for food, huge helpings of puddings.! Also went to `Turtle Bay` restaurant in Bristol for yummy scrummy cocktails and food.

Stayed at this hotel on a busy bank holiday weekend, Good and easy access to the motorway, located near to shops and other restaurant. room clean and comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff.
