We spent several nights here and the accommodations, food and atmosphere were fabulous. You could almost feel the old carriages in the main building and hear the horses in the stables along side. The local pub down the road was great as well. Once you find this little gem (a bit tricky with a Sat Nav but would use the... More

I've stayed in this little gem several times (different room each time so far) and will always go back when I'm in Bristol, for work or pleasure. The rooms in the Coach House itself are actually worth more than the excellent rating; big, warm, clean, homely, full of character. A very effective blend of some pretty special period features with... More

On booking was asked not to check in until after 5pm as it was a Sunday, in retrospect I should not have agreed to this, as it was inconvenient for us. The room was OK but had an electric radiator as central heating in that room not working as well as it should, difficult to adjust temp as digital radiator... More

Found this B&B on internet so other than pictures we had no idea what it would be like. Great service when booking on the phone. Lovely welcome on arrival. Great room, with large en-suite clean bathroom, beautiful views from a lovely round window. Great location two mins from motorway and 10 mins from Bristol city centre. Fantastic breakfast very fresh... More

This B & B was fantastic, we had a warm welcome, a clean and big room were you could see the fields from the window. The building has plenty of character, the 18th century coach house and surroundings mixed with modern, clean facilities make for an enjoyable experience. I highly recommended!! This picturesque olde English village sits sandwiched between the... More

Chosen for closeness to Bristol Parkway (10mins in a taxi cost about £8). The room was clean, bed was comfy although a little squeeky (!) and, despite being very near to two motorways it was really quiet and we got a good nights sleep. The bathroom was clean with a nice heated towel rail and a modern shower. Breakfast was... More

The first thing to say is that this is a Bed and Breakfast, so don't expect a starred hotel, so no bar, no phone in the room or fridge, trouser press, etc. Not easy to find as tucked down a little drive, with a former hotel being converted into flats in front of it, but its just opposite the Crown...
