Everything you want from a good quality truly delightful Bed and Breakfast. Attending the Science Festival we decided to take pot luck on last minute overnight instead of going long distance home. We stayed in the cottage, which is an annex to the main house, available for groups of six maximum. The rooms are a good size, with 2 doubles and a twin available and the living area is large. The Old Rectory can be found on a site called smoothound. The advert says Quality Bed and Breakfast in a historical home. If you are ever tempted to book at this place DONT!!! The owner of this crumbling dilapadated place, which admittedley looks very nice in the photos, let us in, gave us a key, and that was the last... More
