Warmly welcomed by the staff, lovely spacious rooms which was well furnished & appointed. Room service was polite and very prompt. If you want a really nice hotel in the city centre then this is one of the best It is also Good value compared to the Very expensive/ very nice Grovesnor Hotel just round the corner. Either one will not disappoint

For exploring the city and the walls, this hotel is great. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. Parking is out of the question, you have to leave your car in a shopping centre car park for the night at a cost of course. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection to choose from.

Central location your right in the middle for everything, fabulous service and staff bend over backwards for you, gorgeous rooms with some period charm, hotel has character but is not tired and outdated, cooked breakfast is to die for but they have a good spread of everything else, fresh fruit, pastries, yoghurts hams cheeses cereals etc etc
