Having booked in at The Rosemary at relatively short notice I was very impressed with all aspects of the accomodation. I have stayed in several of the supposedly grander establishments in Falmouth but The Rosemary surpassed them. The bed was very comfortable, no complaints from my back. As in previous reviews the toiletries supplied were of high standard to the... More

We, a family of four, booked the Helford Suite and were very pleased with the rooms; a double with king size bed, a twin bedded room and a bathroom. The rooms had good quality furnishings and bedding. The double had a lovely sea view, which was great for watching the sun rise. The breakfast is excellent. There is a wide... More

This was our second time at The Rosemary. The owners were incredibly welcoming and it is the small details that make this B&B such a gem. We had a spacious seaview room - newly redecorated, lovely full-size bath products and a nice variety of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits in the room. Breakfast was as delicious as I remembered.... More

My better half and I stayed at the Rosemary for a friends wedding. I was surprised at the last review as I found the establishment excellent and I was more that happy with my stay. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful (as were the couple who owned the B&B), breakfast was top notch with locally sourced ingredients - also... More

Having booked 2 nights for a superior kingsize room with a seaview and confirming it by email on several occasions, we arrived to have found we had been given a room at the front overlooking the road. Even despite my email confirming my booking of a seaview, the owners did NOT admit to NOT having a seaview room available and... More

We note your comments and would just like to clarify a few points. • You were at all times dealt with politely and courteously EVEN after the venomous tirade aimed at the member of staff who took you to your room, leaving her in tears. • You were offered tea in the lounge while we tried to resolve the matter.... Reading reviews for B&Bs, I've learnt, can be deceiving. The B&B being such a personal experience, unlike staying at, for example, a Premier Inn, reviews will always be likewise, extremely personal. So this is how I see it, particularly in light of some of the earlier not-so-good reviews, and the owner's (Niall) responses. All the plus bits: 1. Beautiful property,... More

My sister and I went down to Falmouth for a 3 night break and I found The Rosemary on the internet so it was sight unseen but what a wonderful find! We both had our own room which had everything you wanted - a very comfortable bed with Egyptian cotton bedding, lovely little shower room with organic Lavender soap and... More

We stayed at the Rosemary when visiting for a wedding. We were extremely pleased with the friendliness of the owners, the great location - only minutes from the beach, and the very high standard of our room-- the enormous bed with high class linens was particularly appreciated. This was our first experience of b&b as opposed to a hotel, and... More

The Guest House is situated a few hundred metres from Gyllynvase Beach and Cafe/Restaurant, which by the way is excellant for all kinds of meals and a relaxing drink or two. The Rosemary has an excellant location and views out onto the sea, but limited parking, which is primarily just outside the guesthouse on the Terrace road. We stayed as... More
