Lovely place to stay, we were a group of 6 we arrived at 4am and the owners were there to great us. We had to leave by 7.30 for surfing competition and the owners even had the cooked breakfasts ready for us at 7am. A really great place to stay, reasonably priced, good size rooms, all en suite, very near... More

On the recommendation of the local Tourist Information Office we headed up to this B&B for a room. Conveniently located within a few minutes of the town centre and a place to park our rental. Room was small but as we were there for only one night and for sightseeing the size of the room was not an issue also... More

Stayed here for 2 nights in August with my friend. We booked the night before arriving, 120 pounds for 2 nights we thought was reasonable (30 pppn). Upon arrival we were made really welcome, no rules thrown in ur face as soon as you walk in! We were each given a key for the front door and the room. We... More

Staid there just for 1 night. The room was rather small but there's enough place especially if you're not planning to spend much time indoors. All the facilities worked well, we didn't have any problems with shower, TV, etc. The hotel is located in 2 minutes walk from the town centre. If I have a chance to go to Newquay... More

It's a B&B that provides all the necessary requirements but it could do with some basic maintenance. I'm afraid I can't agree with some of the other reviews here. The bedrooms are small, the showers/taps don't provide water (hot or not) on the 3rd floor when anyone else in the building is using the water. In all it looks tired... More

We stopped at the Surfside in September and were very impressed. For £25 per person per night you dont expect the Ritz, but you do expect the basics which you certainly get. It's clean, it's comfortable, the facilities are fine, a friendly welcome and a good breakfast. Location is very good too, only 3-4 minutes walk from the town, just... More

The Surfside Stop is a small-medium bed & breakfast which was one of the cheapest available when I stayed. For the price I paid (£50 a night for a double room) it was excellent. The room was very simple but clean and comfortable, with a nice double bed, alarm clock, TV with DVD player, and a very small but clean... More
