Excellent location, fantastic breakfasts and really friendly hosts - gave excellent recommendations for meals and attractions in cornwall. Rooms modern and a nice change from floral b&bs and clean bathroom. Vouchers for breakfast is a brilliant idea. Will definately stay again and recommend to our friends. More

Really nice B&B. Great people, fantastic location walking distance to everything but quiet at night. The breakfast was amazing best I've had at a B&B as everything is locally bought and not cheap rubbish. Rooms were really clean and great big comfy beds. Wicked shower. Had decided to have a weekend of surfing in newquay and was recommended this place by a collegue. On arrival is an ideal location for walking into town, and luckily not too close that you are kept awake by drunkens walking home.
