Recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with National Holidays. The room that we were allocated was terrible. The wallpaper was coming off the wall, it smelled like a public toilet and therefore we had to leave the window fully open and close the en-suite door to get rid of the smell. We stayed 3 nights with Gold Crest Holidays and were fortunate to have a sea view. Although clean with comfy beds, the room desperately needs attention: 4 poster bed with no drapes, loose and missing wallpaper, small wardrobe that wouldn't take a dress length and a computer desk for a dressing table, curtains off the runners and a tired bathroom....
