its a nice hotel not modern at all. bedrooms were very small. we had problems with the shower and the room itself was very cold. dinner was very nice and the staff was friendly. location is perfect you are over looking the promenade. a good nights sleep might be a problem the bed are not comfortable at all.

Lovely Victorian hotel situated right on the promenade. Awesome sweeping staircase greets you as you walk into the reception area. Good amenities, very clean rooms and excellent staff at good rates. Highly recommended :-)
