We were impressed with the hotel on arrival, until we entered our room, there was no heating and it was freezing cold and damp. on arrival at the hotel we were greeted by the manager(very pleasant) welcoming everyone to the hotel, we were given the key to a very nice room with a sea view of Carbis Bay couldn't fault it very clean plenty of room,the meals were good and the staff very pleasant, would go there again.

This is our 2nd trip to this hotel and in our opinion is exactly the same as last year., FANTASTIC. The staff, entertainment, cleanliness, the atmosphere, and service. All hotels should be run like this and other hoteliers would be well advised to take a leaf out of this hotels book. Yes we shall be back again next year.
