This was our fourth stay at the Grey Mullet, Rachel, Jane and Anita very welcoming. Had room 4 with a lovely sea view. A great breakfast every morning, even for my fussy daughters! The location is great, right opposite the harbour and a few minutes walk to the other beaches. Parked in the Island Car Park which is closer than... More

Just returned from a weekend in St. Ives. Ten of us stayed at the Grey Mullet and Jane was on hand to cook lovely breakfast each day.. The weather was very cold but the welcome was very warm. We will return same time next year. Excellent thanks

My husband and I have stayed at The Grey Mullet twice now and are looking to return in the near future - we wouldn't stay anywhere other than here when visiting St. Ives. The location is perfect, the staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is lovely; very filling and everything you could want for your breakfast is there.... More

Lovely, quirky little guest house! Right in the middle of St Ives! A homely feel, with a welcoming attitude! I loved the hotchpotch ye olde world feeling to the common space, winding little staircase, old fashioned dining room with a lovely breakfast served in the morning. My room was nice, suitably clean, the bathroom was modern and stocked with nice... More

I spent the bank holiday weekend here and loved this little place. Its a gorgeous old building in a perfect position 10 seconds walk from the harbour and smack in the middle of the shops, restaurants and pubs. the staff were lovely and after showing us to our room left us to it, which was fantastic. we had a little... Overall this is a great b&b smack bang in the centre of st.ives. Small little rooms with lots of charm from an old drinking house that dates back to the 1700's!! We were left to our own devices and felt like we were not imposing on anyone!! Would go back again

Stayed at the Grey Mullett Feb 2012,having stayed here previously. The guest house is well situated just behind the harbour, therefore avoiding too much hill climbing.A short walk from the car park makes it easy on the legs!! The guest house is quaint and charming, and the rooms are clean and tidy.Jane and Anita serve a first class breakfast,to set you up for... More

I would stay here again any time. The location was absolutely perfect, within close walking distance of the Tate St. Ives Museum, the Barbara Hepworth museum, most of the local beaches (Porthmeor and Porthminster), and the strand. The exterior of the building and entrance were beautifully decorated with flowers and vines, and the interior was just as nice. My room... More
