just spent three nights at east lyn house and it was fantastic!! paul and barbara were perfect hosts giving us ideas of places to eat and visit. the room was perfect. also being able to park our motorbike in a garage was a real bonus [especially in this weather]!!!

Our family of four had a very nice stay at East Lyn House B&B. The rooms were spacious and clean, all with a differently designed interior. The host and hostess were very friendly and forthcoming - as was the manager, Poppy that cat! A very nice place to stay, highly recommended!

Spent a three night short break mid March in East Lynn House and we had a lovely time in spite of the rain. Lynmouth is small and pretty with a lovely coastline and views of the sea and River Lynn. There's plenty to do walking and exploring and there are a good number of places to have a nice meal... More

We were looking for a short break for a weekend to unwind, Barbara and Paul made this happen. Room was lovely and light with views of the river, breakfast was the best we've ever had. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to our next visit.

Such a warm welcome on arrival. Very friendly. We arrived and relaxed. Great location. Nice and close to everything. The room was lovely with everything that was needed and more. Breakfast was lovely and very enjoyable. We will be back
