Millers have changed most things except the Chef.
We only went for a meal but the Public Rooms are now a "Must See" - although completely over the top. The terrace has been re-built to take advantage of the view.
The food? It's always been a strong point and remains so - you can see why they kept the chef!

Have just returned from our second stay at The Tors.
Really enjoyed our second visit to this hotel.
Management and staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Evening meal was superb. The bread and butter pudding is a must have if on the menu. Breakfast will keep you going all day.

When looking for a hotel in Lynmouth, avoid this one at all costs!! It's well known in the town and the comunity to be of very poor quality and poorly managed, and wish I had listened to the people first. This hotel should be a 2 star and is completely overated!!
