Stayed here for just one night on our way home from Cornwall. Lynmouth is a nice little place with the river running to the sea. Easy to find, right on the main road across from the bay. Excellent breakfast and great hospitality. The room (and bathroom) was a little on the small side but fine for us. Great place to stay when hiking the Southwest Coast Path.

• Well located • Not easy to find parking, we ended up parking a fair distance away, best to drop your bags off and then park! • Friendly welcome on arrival • Nice room overlooking river with partial sea view • It did smell a bit of chip fat, door to kitchen was not closed • Good breakfast

Excellent Bed & Breakfast guest house with balcony overlooking Lynmouth Harbour and sea view. Riverside Cottage provides a superb breakfast, in their all day public cafe. Very clean pleasant rooms, we have returned to stay in the same room, which is proof that this is a good Bed & Breakfast stay. Very friendly owners.

Our room had a balcony overlooking the river and had everything we needed. Breakfast was in the cafe attached to the B & B and food was excellent. Could do with a refreshing coat of paint,although not dirty,but the new owners have only been in for a few months so its early days for them. Good luck

Have just returned form a weekend at the Riverside Cottage. We had an enjoyable stay and received a very warm welcome from the owners . Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the harbor . The hotel is spotlessly clean and the breakfast was fab !! Thank you and we will be back .

Passing through beautiful Lynnouth on a Monday morn, stopped in well appointed cafe and enjoyed excellent English breakfast.
