Full of excellent advice on the best things to do in the area and places to eat. Thoughtful touches throughout, spotlessly clean, tasty breakfast, relaxing guest lounge, lovely ambience. If you enjoy walking then Lynton and Southcliffe b&b is a great place to go! Sue and Andy make a great team. More

This is our third stay with Sue And Andy, and we couldn't think of a better place to stay with such a loverly helpful couple. The rooms are modern and to a size that suits our needs, the bed was so comparable we asked where the mattress was bought from so we may get one for home. Breakfast is filling... More

We stayed 4 nights at Southcliffe and from the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Sue and Andy met us at our car, carried our bags in and showed us to our rooms. Once downstairs we were settled in with cups of tea and a slice of delicious date and walnut cake. As keen walkers we... More

Given a warm welcome on arrival and an insight into the local area. The room was very clean and comfortable with some nice finishing touches. Impressive array of choices for breakfast with the food being fresh and tasty. Nothing too much trouble for the hosts. Had a lovely weekend and would highly recommend a stay here. More

Good value at the price. I would also recommend the... More

We have been holidaying at Lynton for a number of years, having stayed at two B & Bs during that time. We decided to change our B & B as the previous owners had sold it. Having looked at Southcliffe's web site and read their blog we felt that Southcliffe would be very suitable. We were not disappointed! We received... More

From our initial phone call to our farewells we couldn't have asked for better or friendlier service. Sue and Andy are very good at making everyone feel at ease while providing a first class service.
