This is such a great spot with fabulous views out over the water. Could be developed into something divine. As it is, is c.16 B&B rooms over a cheap & cheerful pub. Despite the reason for our visit,( funeral) we had a pleasant time. The food was always excellent and the staff very pleasant / helpful. Whilst the rooms are not huge, they are more than adequate and ours had "patio" windows out onto a balcony overlooking the waterfront. Loads to see, easy access to Plymouth via the water taxi. Spent a very happy week at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the breakfast great and the owners friendly. Certainly don't agree with Kundalini's review. "Fleas" ? I certainly saw no such thing.
