Stayed a few times (can't be that bad - I've gone back!) over night on business trips. It is a standard 3 star hotel in the middle of Plymouth. Car parking is a pain - there is nowhere to stop outside and you need to use the small under ground car park (pay and display) nearby. Not ideal when lugging... More

When I initially rung through to see if any rooms were available, the receptionist told me that they were fully booked, so I went on-line and booked with no problem as the website said "70 rooms available". On arrival, I was disappointed that having paid for a "superior" room, the only wifi that was available was in the faceless hotel... More

I was booked in by the company I was working for so had no choice. I had several cases of filming equipment which I needed to remove from my car so I requested a trolley. I was told that they'd all been stolen so I'd have to carry them in myself. I asked about wi-fi and was told that it... More

This is a chain hotel and very average in amenities and services. If you're just looking for a clean place to stay, this is a very good hotel. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place. Close to the train station and the University, it is also not a bad walk to the Hoe and the harbour... More

This hotel is bang in the middle of the city. Its quite difficult to find. The hotel does not have any parking. But there is a Public carpark undetneath it. You can add the parking charge to your room fr £6 all day. The rooms are the norm for any modern hotel. Mine wasnt very very clean and the noise... More

Stayed here with the wife, over early april and enjoyed our stay. Nice little bar, the rooms are a little basic, as many say, but what more do you need when quickly visiting. Just down the road are some lovely restaurants and even further the barbican and hoe have a lovely spots to vist. More

I have stayed here on two occasions on business and it really is a treat (even though it is rather basic). The breakfasts are very well presented with a lot of variety. Its right next to the atmospheric harbour with lots of dining choices. More

We stayed for a couple days with no major dramas. We had a nice stay, room basic but nice. The only problem I had with hotel is there is a lane or back street we had a little bit of noise late on Friday/Saturday night. It didn't last long just heard them as they walked through. The car park is... More

Room, Bar and Breakfast all really good - especially for the price. Extensive Bar menu - reasonably priced and good quality. Restaurant menu was limited and expensive. Room was spacious and quiet - overlooked apartments - keep the curtains closed! 2 minutes walk to city centre shops - and easy walkining to the Barbican and Hoe. Overnight parking was expensive...
