Had three nights here, initially to watch the firework festival. Pleasant room. Breakfast was great. Hosts really friendly. Location is just on the far right of the hoe, so walking distance into center.

Really friendly owners, offering a warm and honest welcome, a clean and comfortable room and a great breakfast. Really good value for money room that I booked following the Fastnet Yacht Race as the hotel is easily accessible from all of the local marinas. Thoroughly recommended, would definitely use this friendly location again.

Comfy room for the weekend and a family atmosphere every morning at breakfast with the other guests and the hosts all sitting and chatting. Easy to get around with walking Nd pretty close to the town centre. Great weekend had!

Stayed here for four nights while visiting friends in Plmymouth. Literally round the corner from the Hoe. The owners couldnt have made me more welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic breakfasts with choice of as much or little as wanted. The room had tea and coffee making facilities along with bottled water. Bathroom had complimentary toiletries. Parking might be a problem during busy times of the year,

My wife and I spent a very pleasant couple of days at this small, privately-owned Bed and Breakfast (B&B). We received a very friendly welcome, and made to feel at home. Our bedroom was comfortable, and from our window we overlooked part of the harbour, and could see the ferries going to and from Brittany. A good breakfast was freshly cooked to order. Free WiFi was available without any problem. The location is excellent - very close to the seafront, a short walk to Plymouth Hoe or the Barbican (for the Mayflower steps), and within walking distance of the city centre. On the downside, anyone with mobility problems might find the stairs a challenge, and street parking has to be paid for (if you park for longer than 3 hours it is cheaper to buy a 24 hour card, which you can use throughout the zone - even if you move your car)…

It takes you back a bit but the welcome is worth it, the breakfast is too. The rooms have loads of character - don't expect luxury at the prices that you pay. What you will get is a good clean room, a fantastic breakfast and the bright company of Heather and Justos. Some rooms don't have ensuite and up a good flight of stairs but if that doesn't bother you, this guesthouse is situated within 2 mins walk to the front and opposite tennis courts. Loved our stay.

This B&B is perfect for our working visit, it is run by a very friendly couple, who were even kind enough to offer us a pack up as we very rarely have much for breakfast. This is the first time working away from home to be offered this. Rooms are comfortable, and road side parking is close to the house.

I stayed for four nights at Crescent House. I received a very warm and friendly welcome from the owners. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and also benefited from lovely sea views. There are many options for breakfast, I chose the full English, which was nice. Crescent House is located on West Hoe only minutes from the seafront and a 10 minute walk to the city centre.
