I reviewed this hotel 6 months ago and really enjoyed my stay but returned this week and what a difference!. The hotel is in a great location and reception staff were really good(as most PI staff are), the room was clean and tidy and had a really good nights sleep. The problem I have with this visit was when I... More

Great Location, but surprised how few parking spaces there was such such a large hotel. Painfully hard bed and asked to be moved. Several years of plant growth covering the window. Reception staff no where to be found next morning. Housekeeping and Maintenance could not find them either. Forced me to check-out w/o speaking to anyone. Rancid water stench in... More

My wife and two boys were walking home from town when we decided to pop into the beafeater.we were met by a smart dressed man who seen us to our table, we asked for a table by the window nothing was too much trouble. A very nice lady called Tracey looked after our table nothing again was too much trouble... More

Pretty much standard Premier Inn with all that goes with it. Stayed in newer part with excellent view across bay. Room comfortable but the same as every other Premier Inn. Resteraunt food was the standard average Beefeater, nothing to right home about but edible if needs must. Location is the best feature of the hotel. More

My wife and I stayed at this Premier Inn with my elderly parents, we all found it very enjoyable. The seafront is extremely close and its a stroll to the town for restaurants, the marina and the ferry to Brixham. The service was very good, everyone was helpful, there is good car parking and the rooms are what you expect... More

Booked this premier Inn in January so on Arrival were a little surprised to be given a room on top floor of old building and then being told the Lift was Out of order . However we climbed the steep stairs and found the lovely room with sea view and thought well a climb up two floors daily is OK... More

Great location on the seafront inTorquay, very east to get to and lots of parking. Stayed for a night after going to the theatre and found the hotel to be very well located and very well priced. Rooms are modern and comfortable. There is an excellent bar and Restaurant attached. More

The Premier Inn on the seafront in Torquay comprises the old original hotel building dating back to when I lived there in the 50's & a brand new block just alongside. We have stayed in many Premier Inns and for the price they "do what it says on the tin". This is not the case in the older renovated block... More

Stayed here for two nights in April. As usual fantastic comfy beds, spotless bathroom and the perfect spot along the prom. Great for walking on beach and we found ourselves stubbling into Cockington....lovely countryside walk signposted from seafront ending up in beautiful thatched village with an amazing craft area. Downside of hotel was we were woken at 6 something each... More

The Premier Inn itself is everything you would expect from this chain of budget hotels. The staff are welcoming, the rooms clean and airy and the location excellent. BUT the Beefeater next door is a nightmare. Breakfast is good, a bit slow refilling and replacing the empty pots, but a nice selection of bacon, sausage, eggs etc everything you would normally...
