Just come back from a weekend away fab location very quiet and only a short walk from the seafront Chris and Karen are great hosts made us feel very welcome and very knowledgable about the surrounding area breakfast was to die for and the room and bed were fabulous would recommend the baytree to anyone and would defiantly stay again.

the hotel was great and also the owners so helpful the hotel was spotless rooms were a very good size we were in room 2 very good en-suite the breatfast was all you could ask for and you felt full till lunch we wouid go back again and again

One of several return visits. Chris and Karen always provide great service, being friendly and helpful. The room, as usual, was clean, warm and very comfortable. The hotel also provides a quiet and peaceful location. The voluminous breakfasts, from the ample menu, are great, being well cooked and presented.

Very enjoyable, very clean, very polite, very good facilities and all in a slightly nicer part of Torquay (: We stayed for 2 nights and 2 breakfasts, beds were comfy and food was excellent :D, flat screen tv, kettle with little sachets for drinks, tasteful decoration! GREAT!
