Ideal hotel for attending conferance at BICC at reasonable cost. Staff couldn't be more helpful,food good,bedrooms clean and comfortable,although single rooms a bit cramped. Car Par wsa a trial but staff agin very competant. Qiute noisy until late in rooms overlooking the park. A Reasonable hotel with reasonable orices,would use again. More

Turkey and Tinsel Week arranged by local Midland Coach Company. The hotel was extremely comfortable with very friendly staff. The food was of a very good standard and the staff were very accommodating. If I was going to Bournmouth again I would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel. More

Location is good and near to the pier. Hotel is OK although dated and worn in places. Bedroom smelt musty; ensuite tiny; bed hard and covered with blankets which weren't comfortable. We spent 2 nights at the hotel and it was lovely. Great location, near to town centre and to the beach as well (few minutes walk each). The room was very good as well, clean and tidy.
