I can find little to commend this hotel. Its fabrication is extremely tired and worn with little or no welcoming features at all. Everything from the reception desk and area to the bedrooms bears the signs of decay and lack of investment, and in some instances is dirty. My friend and I stayed here for an Il Divo concert at the BIC. Check in was great, everything explained in detail, our room was spotless and the bathroom the same. Breakfast was first class and the service was excellent. We would recommend this well situated little hotel and look forward to returning again next year!

It was great to find a dog friendly hotel close to the Poole Ferry for the Channel Island sailings. The Hotel was clean and the Management were very friendly and extremely helpful. Received a very warm welcome upon arrival, all the staff were very polite and professional. The rooms were very clean. Great choice on breakfast menu. Ideally located near beach, BIC and town centre I would return again, excellent value for money :-)
