We had an amazing weekend at herston!! The pictures of the log cabins on the website do not do them enough justice, they are huge and very well done out. With such nice weather at the weekend it was a real treat for us all to spend time together in the hot tubs, using the log fire, having a bbq... More

Wow, just got back from a long weekend staying in the Herston Log cabins with 13 other 30 something's on a hen do. This place made the trip special, sitting in the hot tub looking out on to rolling British countryside couldn't have been more idyllic. The cabins were very clean and well equipped, even le creuset kitchenware! We had... More

We stayed in rose cottage for 1 week from 25th may-1st June. The cottage was very nice traditional but with modern twists , the shower was fabulous and hot tub outside to die for!! Only little niggle for us was when we arrived the grass was overgrown and made the garden look scruffy but it was mowed throughout our stay,... More

Visited for a long weekend with a large group of adults and children. Camping sites well laid out with taps and power. Toilets, sinks and showers close to hand and kept tidy (although showers would benefit from a squeegee mop being left out for puddles). Staff were helpful and relaxed, and welcomed our group - music, fires, dogs, and general... More

Stayed here with a large group of friends for our birthday celebration and the staff were endlessly helpful. We had 28 adults and 14 children and everyone agreed that the site was perfect, it was a long weekend and in spite of a busy site the staff worked hard to keep up with cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. The... More

I stayed in the log cabins for a hen weekend with family. We had 2 booked out. They were amazing and perfect for our weekend. The first cabin was really modern in style, the second slightly older, but both had a kitchen stocked with utensions, awesome showers, comfy beds and fabulous hot tubs with a great view out over rolling... I have stayed at the Farmhouse many times over the past few years and the place is excellent. The farmhouse is a lovely size and great if the family is quite big, sleeps up to 10 apparently but could sleep more.. it's huge! With two kingsize rooms, a twin room, two sitting rooms with sofa beds in each, massive kitchen... More

We have stayed here twice now, both times were great. The staff are very friendly, helpful and unintrusive. The yurts are very well maintained and really warm, with the toilet block only being a 30 second stroll, if that. If you've never stayed in a yurt before, this is one of the best places to do it. Even on the... More

We booked for an Easter week away with our 3 girls and dog and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. When we first arrived we found our park home and I have to say it was clean, well equipped, tidy, all mod-cons and a lovely large hot-tub. We headed for the club house and the staff were very...
