went with group of various friends, stayed on for a week once they had gone and two lots came back for the second weekend. Site undulates but there are some prime spots. It is a windy site up on a hill, but everyones tents & awnings seemed fine. Good spot for a half hour walk to the Square & Compass... More

“Perfect for camping with friends, children, dogs .....”

There are no pre-set pitches so it's a good idea to turn up not too late so that you can find a flat bit of field that's not too close by anybody else .... especially if you have noisy children and dogs! Toilets and showers are basic but sufficient. There's freezers to keep your ice packs in, washing up sinks... More
