A fairly random selection as I needed somewhere in Hastings for work - what a find! Lovely rooms, real milk, home-made shortbread, great welcome and service - stuff you hope you might get in 'boutique' hotel but, these days, rarely find. Highly recommended.

We found the B&B very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

This B&B is just lovely. Very spacious rooms, everything beautifully decorated, very clean, superb breakfast, all perfectly hosted by Shaun. We stayed in the Ebenezer room which is situated at the front of the B&B. No problem with street noise. Thank you to the staff for a lovely stay!
