Its a real shame because with the right management this site could be lovely, when we arrived on Saturday may 18th my mum went into reception got the key to the gold plus caravan, we drove around and around and around couldn't find it we ended up back at reception, and they really struggled to explain where it was, perhaps... It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the caravan was very clean and tidy, the swimming facilities were better than in some of the leisure centers we have been to. The entertainment was brilliant, very fun and engaging. Nothing to fault! Would recommend!

On arrival the reception wasn't open but no notice to say where we needed to collect keys. Having been to many sites (about 20)over the years, this has to be the worst we have stayed at. Though the caravan was clean and tidy on the inside the siting of it was poor to say the least.
