At the Savoy in London one expects good service, at Hastings Travelodge David the manager went one better and came to us at breakfast and said Good Morning, now that is excellent service. The rooms are good value. We enjoyed our short stay there and recommend it highly.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none. The staff tried but other than that there were no redeeming features. There was no breakfast available the morning we stayed. The view over the air conditioning plant was probably the highlight - at least it was a change of view from the dingy accomodation. Parking is an extra.

I stayed for 2 nights. Easy check in, helpful receptionist. Large double room spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed. Bathroom spotless with plenty of hot water and very pleasant shower.
