The Cheltenham tourist office recommended this B&B, so I paid 10 % deposit & went to check in only to find a box room with barely enough room to fit a single bed in it, nowhere to put a suitcase and the dedicated bathroom was outside the room, meaning I would have to walk the corridor in my under clothes....
