Warm and friendly, this is your typical English bed and breakfast, perfect for a one night stopover. However the shower room was extremely small, and water things (wc and shower) seemed to make strange loud noises! But the rooms don't have space for anything larger. Breakfast was normal - fine. Staff friendly.

Friendly welcome, nice size Twin room. Let down by a tiny & very noisy en-suite Sani - flow system & rather unstable beds. For one night, it is fine unless you require a more solid mattress & bed. Overall very clean & fresh. Good variety breakfast although unusual in that you share one table with other guests.

I was in the front room on the first floor. The decor is slightly dated, but it has all the facilities you could wish for. Had a fab breakfast and comfortable stay. The only room for improvement would be a working lock on the bathroom door. Otherwise, great. I'll be back.

we was told that we could park our car accross teh road at hayes court and this is not free parking for them as this is private parking and you could end up being fined , or your car being towed away the place is friendly and clean meals are gd

Really, what more could you want from a B&B? Just what was needed for a one night stay, walking distance from the Docks, a good selection of restaurants nearby.
