A very poor Travelodge. The room (203) was dusty, with dusty curtains and a wall lampshade missing. The bathroom was dirty with a cracked sink, cracked dirty tiles , dirty grouting and dirt around the taps. The shower hose was also stuck together with cello tape. The room was fresh, clean and spacious. It was in a good location, albeit a little far from the centre, but we had a car and we noticed a bus goes from right outside into the centre. If I were to be in Portsmouth again, I would go there without hesitation.

Stayed here one night, paying about £40 so it was decent value. Me and my partner stayed mid week as i had an interview, Plenty of parking, good service. The room was adequate though the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Late check out is helpful, staff friendly when we spoke to them, however due to the mattress wouldn't stop again.

Typical Travelodge. Convenient location for access to Portsmouth. Right next to a Toby Inn and across the road from a Lidl store but no other services nearby. A slightly shabby but fairly tidy room. Everything in this place is quite worn and a bit tatty but clean. Quite poor sound insulation and you could quite clearly hear what the people in the room next door were talking about!
